We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts across mobile applications. This role is responsible for building and managing a QA team, defining quality standards, and ensuring apps deliver a smooth, reliable, and high-performance experience for millions of users.

- The Quality Assurance Manager will define and drive the overall QA strategy for iOS & Android apps. ">
- This role will lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers covering manual and automated testing. ">
- The Quality Assurance Manager will design and implement test plans, test cases, and regression suites for mobile features. ">
- This position will establish and maintain automation frameworks for app testing (e.g., Appium, Detox, Espresso, XCUITest). ">
- The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. ">
- This role will oversee end-to-end testing, including functional, usability, performance, and security testing for mobile apps. ">
- The Quality Assurance Manager will monitor release quality, analyze defects, and provide actionable insights to improve product reliability. ">
- This position will build quality dashboards and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. ">
- The Quality Assurance Manager will foster a strong 'quality first' culture across the organization. ">
Requirements
">- ">
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. ">
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role. ">
- A proven track record in mobile app QA (iOS and Android). ">
- Strong expertise in automated mobile testing tools (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.). ">
- A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar). ">
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, Locust). ">
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.). ">
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. ">
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and monitoring tools is a plus. ">
