What the role is Assistant Manager (Signage Coordinator), Architecture What you will be working on As an Assistant Manager (Signage Coordinator), you will contribute to enhancing the commuter experience within transit environments across the island. Working closely with station design teams, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and delivery of signage that supports intuitive wayfinding and contributes to a seamless public transport experience. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of wayfinding principles and signage placement strategies specific to transit infrastructure. You will oversee the coordination of signage production, ensuring that final designs are presentation-ready and meet the highest standards in quality and consistency. This includes reviewing and approving colour schemes, text formatting, typesetting, and image scaling based on submissions from consultants and contractors. You will also manage project timelines and liaise extensively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure the successful execution and delivery of signage elements across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with station designers to coordinate signage design and implementation in transit environments Develop a deep understanding of wayfinding principles and their application in public transportation Review and approve production materials, including formatting, colour accuracy, typesetting, and image scaling Prepare and refine design submissions for presentations and final production Manage project timelines and deliverables related to signage production and installation Engage with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery What we are looking for Knowledge in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related discipline Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve project challenges Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, and SketchUp is an advantage About Land Transport Authority The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore.
