Hostel Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hostel Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties including reservations, check-in and check-out, and cashiering responsibilities
  • Light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our hostel
  • Providing travel and tourist advice to our guests to enhance their experience in Singapore
  • Participating in and leading activities with our guests to create a lively and engaging atmosphere

  • A strong interest in sharing knowledge about Singapore's attractions and experiences
  • A passion for meeting tourists and making them feel welcome

Remuneration and Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 17 years old
  • Singapore citizen or permanent resident
  • Minimum 'N' levels education
