Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of site works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating electrical construction works.
  • Liaise with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Coordinate site activities including material deliveries, manpower allocation, and installation progress.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in electrical construction or M&E industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD - able to prepare and revise electrical drawings independently is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore electrical standards and site safety practices.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
