As an Associate Consultant – ServiceNow , you will embark on a journey to build, configure, and deliver innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform — including its AI capabilities. This role is designed for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for programming, automation, and solving real-world business problems with technology. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project teams to help our clients unlock value through digital workflows and the ServiceNow AI platform, driving greater efficiency and better experiences for users. Responsibilities Learn and master the ServiceNow platform through structured training, certifications, and on-the-job coaching. Assist in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules. Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML , CSS , and AngularJS . Support system integrations with other applications using REST or SOAP APIs. Participate in client workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Test, troubleshoot, and provide timely support for configurations and customisations. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Graduates or students in their final semester are welcome to apply. Must-have Skills Proficiency in HTML , CSS , and AngularJS for front-end development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Team player with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn. Nice-to-Have Skills Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Familiarity with web services and API integrations. Experience with enterprise software development or cloud platforms (academic projects count).
