Roles & Responsibilities Job description The Community & Sustainability Manager is responsible for leading, designing, implementing, and communicating strategies and initiatives that generate Prosperity for People and Planet, thereby translating the Company’s Vision into visible, impactful action that brings Purpose to our Company’s work to create Paradise here on Earth. KEY RESONSIBILITIES COMMUNITY (PEOPLE) Develop and refine strategies in collaboration with Company Leadership to advance impact on Community (Customers, Employees and Community Partners) Design and implement programmes to actively nurture a relationship with Customers (i.e. BOP Members) to foster brand-loyalty and long-term business growth by creating meaningful connections Design and implement programmes to actively engage Employees in making Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impact Develop strategies and clear processes for selecting Community Partners (e.g. charities, social enterprises) that are aligned with Company objectives Develop long-term partnerships and initiatives with Community Partners to facilitate win-win-win outcomes for end-beneficiaries, charities and the Company Create meaningful connections by bringing together Customers, Employees and Community Partners, to bring the Company Vision to life Track and report metrics towards achieving targets SUSTAINABILITY (PLANET) Develop and refine strategies in collaboration with Company Leadership to advance impact on Sustainability Design and implement initiatives to improve the Company’s impact on the environment Track and report metrics towards achieving targets OVERALL Execute project-management and budget/resource allocation to successfully roll out the programmes and initiatives Identify and apply for relevant grants , claims, and support-schemes that support ESG efforts Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, accreditation organisations Achieve independent certifications to lend an amplifying voice to our efforts to inspire other businesses Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to internal and external stakeholder to communicate commitments, highlight contributions, gather feedback, and celebrate achievements Assist to ensure governance and compliance with relevant ethical standards, certification requirements and legal regulations Other related duties as reasonably assigned by Management REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS Degree or Diploma in sustainability, communications, business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, sustainability, or ESG-related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, grant applications, and stakeholder reporting preferred. Able to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and outreach.
