GRIT - Executive, International Customer Engagement

Roles & Responsibilities This position reports to the International Business Department in the Defence and Public Security cluster of ST Engineering, and is an important element in ensuring the smooth and seamless engagement of international customers, while also supporting the planning and administration for ST Engineering’s presence at defence and aerospace exhibitions. Individual to be involved in: 1. Invitation Administration • Assist and coordinate the administration of invites for international and local defence and aerospace exhibitions. • Follow up with requests from invitees. • Provide management with routine status updates for invitations. 2. Administrative Support of Events and Exhibitions • Assist in the planning and support for international and local defence and aerospace exhibitions, such as rostering, timetabling, and other admin support requirements. • Provide support to exhibitors and ambassadors during local defence and aerospace exhibitions. Skills and Competencies 1. Active participation in planning process, including setting of marketing objectives. 2. Engaging internal and external stakeholders professionally. 3. Good time management and ability to multi-task. 4. Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Microsoft Forms, Word and Excel.
