The ideal candidate is a musically skilled, spiritually grounded educator who is committed to nurturing students’ technical growth and personal development. Instructional Excellence: ● Conduct music coaching sessions in accordance with Believer Music’s methodology and syllabus.● Integrate inspirational elements into lessons, fostering a faith-centered musical journey.● Ensure each student achieves the goal of 1 out of 1 ability to confidently perform. Coaching Performance & Student Outcomes: ● Maintain a >90% progression rate across student assessments and evaluations.● Provide individualized guidance and motivation to students of varying skill levels.● Submit timely and accurate Student Progress Reports .● Participate in regular feedback sessions and progress reviews with the Head Coach. ● Attend all Believer Music corporate meetings and training sessions.● Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistency and excellence.
