Vision Software Developer

This role combines software development with regional customer support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain vision processing algorithms (image recognition, defect detection, measurement, object identification).
  • Integrate industrial cameras, lighting, and frame grabbers into inspection systems for high-speed production.
  • Enhance computer vision platforms for wafer, wirebond, and package inspection to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support to field engineers.
  • Optimize software for real-time performance in demanding industrial environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years' experience in machine vision or automation engineering.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming with expertise in OpenCV/Matrox Imaging Library.
  • Hands-on experience with computer vision systems and industrial hardware integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills to drive business success.
