Job Description Review & prepare mechanical and electrical services shop drawings in AutoCAD and BIM Daily reporting of site progress to Project Manager Preparation of progress report with site photos Responsible for planning and supervising site progress Coordinate with the sub-contractors and consultants Overall project management Able to install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures Ensure all works comply with site regulations and adhere to safety standards Maintain good housekeeping of the work area at the end of the day Flexible and keen for a challenge to handle multiple projects Assist Project Manager in all ad-hoc task assigned Senior/ Junior positions available. Only Singaporean or Permanent Residents need apply. Job Requirements Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent Demonstrated leadership, planning and executional capabilities. Positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity. Practical experience in electrical work installations including earthing, equipotential bonding, lightning, lighting, rotary equipment, low to medium voltage switchgears, MCCs and transformers, cable laying Able to understand and develop SLD, cable routing plan, take off materials, prepare datasheets and technical specifications Good understanding and interpretation of electrical codes and standards including Singapore Standards, IEC, IEEE etc. Strong communication and analytical skills Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Project, BIM Software, Microstation Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
