Job Title Quality Control Inspector Company United Oilfield Engineering & Trading Pte Ltd Location Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia Employment Type Full-time Seniority Level Entry level Industry Oil and Gas Responsibilities Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of parts and components using GD&T principles to ensure adherence to technical specifications. Operate precision measuring instruments, including CMM, micro-meters, callipers, height gauges, and other quality control tools. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models accurately to verify product dimensions. Assist in developing and implementing quality inspection procedures and best practices. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality at every stage of production. Ensure accuracy and timely inspection and calibration of monitoring and measuring devices. Perform internal audits to ensure the company's compliance with the QMS and customer requirements. Conduct hardness checks, drift checks, size and condition assessments of materials during incoming inspection. Carry out finished dimension checks, stamping, and hardness inspections during final inspection. Conduct first-pieces inspections during in-process machining operations. Verify measurements on jobs during in-process machining operations. Raise incident reports for any defects discovered during inspection. Assist in filling routing sheets for traceability and retrieval. Verify customer-return defects. Provide assistance to the Quality Engineer on incident reports verification. Set gauge and verify for production. Qualifications Oil and gas industry experience is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
