What you'll be doing?
Craft delicious beverages:
Prepare and serve a variety of teas, coffees, and other drinks following standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality and consistent presentation.
Create tasty bites:
Make sandwiches and prepare ingredients, contributing to the café's food offerings.
Provide exceptional service:
Engage with customers, take orders, handle payments, and create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall shopping experience.
Promote brand products:
Actively market and sell the brand's products, assisting in various promotional efforts.
Maintain a pristine environment:
Keep the work area, tea bar counter, equipment, and customer-facing areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Collaborate with the team:
Work effectively as part of a dynamic group, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Ensure safety and hygiene:
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Stay informed:
Keep up-to-date with company products, promotions, and brand information to better serve customers.
Who are they looking for?
Customer-focused attitude:
A service-driven, outgoing, and positive demeanor that contributes to an excellent customer experience.
Basic F&B experience:
Some experience in food and beverage service, particularly in bubble tea preparation, is preferred but not mandatory.
Barista expertise:
For senior-level positions, at least 3-4 years of barista experience is desired.
Passion for beverages:
A genuine interest in coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Other Information
Working Hours: 5 days work week, 10hours per day (Include 1 hour meal break and 15 mins tea break)
Working Location: Jewel Changi Airport as main, and occasionally rotate duties to ION Orchard
