Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our team. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our network environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning activities by preparing schedules and progress trackers.
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal technical teams and external vendors.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Consolidate project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Track issues and escalate delays or risks to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure proper documentation and version control for project deliverables.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or IT-related roles.
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with IT focus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from senior PMs.
