
Supply Chain Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Collaborate closely with optical shops, customers, and internal teams to track and coordinate order status, lens fitting, and dispatch schedules.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email to maintain clear and effective communication with clients and partners.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory, order tracking, delivery status, and performance metrics using Excel reports.
- Perform data entry, order verification, and document management with precision to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team and troubleshoot any delays or issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to the Optical team as needed to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues that may impact customer satisfaction or order fulfillment in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or supply chain support roles, preferably in optical or healthcare-related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with good numerical aptitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage communication professionally.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with optical shops, eyewear supply chains, or SRX products is advantageous.
- Familiarity with order management systems or ERP tools can be beneficial.
