SAP Consultant (Payroll & Time Management)We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management Functional Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management processes for Singapore, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and business continuity. What You'll Do Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll including wage types, schemas, PCRs, and features. Integrate payroll with Time and Finance modules to ensure accurate end‐to‐end processing. Lead payroll runs (live and simulation), including retroactive accounting, off‐cycle payments, and complex payroll scenarios. Manage Time Management configuration (PCRs, time evaluation schemas, work schedules, holiday calendars, and time types). Ensure statutory compliance with CPF, SDL, CDAC, MBMF, SINDA, IRAS AIS, NS Claims, and other Singapore regulations. Prepare and execute UAT and year‐end activities (IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/8B). Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant payroll operations. Develop functional documentation, SOPs, and conduct training sessions for payroll users. What You Bring Minimum 4 years of hands‐on SAP HCM Payroll experience, with at least one full‐cycle implementation in Singapore. Strong expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, off‐cycle payroll , and retro calculations. Working knowledge of SAP Time Management and payroll‐to‐Finance (FI/CO) integration. Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC)is an advantage. In‐depth understanding of Singapore payroll statutory requirements and HR processes. Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
