Description Value Creation Associate (PE Ops + Data Science) Value Creation Associate (PE Ops + Data Science) – Opportunity to lead technology-driven value creation, partnering with boards and senior management to shape and deliver post-investment transformation projects. About Our Client Our client is a high-growth private equity firm headquartered in Singapore, backed by a highly experienced investment team with a proven track record across Asia. The firm partners with businesses in Southeast Asia to accelerate growth and transformation, leveraging deep local networks and global institutional expertise. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to portfolio company boards and senior management, driving post-investment value creation through technology-enabled transformation initiatives. Design and define technology projects ranging from ERP implementations and IT system upgrades to advanced AI/ML and data science applications, determining scope and resource requirements. Lead project oversight and execution by coordinating external consultants and managing data & engineering teams of portfolio companies who report directly on technology initiatives. Act as board representative for technology strategy, ensuring alignment between transformation projects and overall value creation objectives while delivering measurable impact. Ideal Candidate 3–7 years of experience in Tier-1 consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and technology transformation roles. Expertise in technology strategy, data analytics, AI/ML, automation systems, and digital transformation. Solid understanding of the PE investment cycle and value creation levers, including post-investment initiatives and portfolio transformation. Strategic thinker with demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and board-level stakeholders.
