Job Responsibilities Your key roles & responsibilities include: Support the Team as a Subject Matter Expert in the management of CASA related IT Projects Involve in Project Management which includes resolving User/ System issues, managing vendors, resources and Project Schedules Facilitate in system function and workflow design Gather User and Business requirements and perform gap analysis Establish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workarounds Provide training to local and overseas users Provide support in User Acceptance Testing Conduct study to analyze system effectiveness and cycle time Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasks Assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals Prepare reports to Management and Head Office if required Job Requirements What you should have: At least 5‐7 years of Back‐Office in CASA area Prior experiences in the implementation of Package System (Flexcube) will be advantageous Experience in handling the full CASA operation process, including
