Stay organized & accountable: Update and maintain specs, procedures, and documentation that keep operations running smoothly. Support innovation: Gather samples and data for improvement projects, trials, and audits. Coach the next wave: Train new operators on best practices and quality standards. Who We're Looking For You've got a manufacturing background (or strong curiosity for how things are made). You're a critical thinker who sees patterns and solutions where others see problems. You're hands‐on, communicative, and steady under pressure. You take pride in making sure every product meets a higher standard — your own. Your Workday Shift: Day shift — 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Flexibility: Choose between a 5‐day or 6‐day workweek Support: Free shuttle from Choa Chu Kang &Joo Koon MRT Occasional night shifts when production calls for it Competitive Pay: $2,500 – $2,600 basic + daily shift allowance ($10–$20)Earning Power: Up to $3,500+ per month with OT Stability & Rewards: 13th‐month bonus + up to 2 months' performance bonus Recharge Time: 11 days annual leave Growth Ahead: Clear advancement opportunities into Quality or Production leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
