This role oversees all ticketing related matters & manage ticketing service agents, to enable effective ticketing operations & information sharing across company. Responsibilities 1. Ticketing Service Panel Management Oversee a panel of Ticketing Service Provider (TSP), ensuring compliance with performance standards and contract terms. Serve as the primary contact for designated TSPs, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders. Monitor TSP performance through regular reviews to ensure they meet the required service levels. Address any issues or lapses promptly and effectively. Collaborate with TSPs to ensure smooth box office operations and deliver a positive customer service experience. 2. Major Events Ticketing Operations Manage ticketing operations for all major in-house events, including pre-event planning, seat allocation, ticket pricing, and configuration. Collaborate with the Ticketing Service Provider (TSP) to ensure seamless ticketing processes, from presale to on-sale, and resolve any issues that arise during events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop ticketing strategies that maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience. Responsible for managing ticketing inventory, allocations, and distribution for major in-house events, including managing ticketing entitlements and cross-functional contractual fulfillments. 3. Project Management Support any major ticketing and access-related projects, including technical development, enhancements, and integration between the ticketing system, data, facility booking, accreditation, and access control. Responsible for managing the timeline and progress milestones to deliver projects on time and with quality. 4. Strategy and Innovation Stay abreast of the latest ticketing trends, technologies, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and improvements. Work collaboratively with the Ticketing Service Provider (TSP) and internal teams to develop and implement innovative ticketing solutions that improve processes, enhance the customer experience, maximize revenue, and boost operational efficiency. 5. Reporting and Analysis Responsible for the collection of data related to ticketing, facility booking, accreditation, and access control. Utilize the collected data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Prepare regular reports on ticket sales, event performance, and customer feedback (if any). Present findings to management and propose actionable recommendations. Ensure all data handling practices comply with Singapore’s data protection legislation and industry best practices and propose improvements where necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Hospitality and Tourism or a related field. Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Ticketing/Event Management, preferably in a sports, entertainment, or multi-venue environment. Proven project management experience, particularly in implementing technological or innovative solutions to improve customer experience and business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with internal teams. Experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate ticketing data into actionable insights for decision-making and strategy development. A proactive approach to innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and implementing new solutions to enhance ticketing and customer experience. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing ticketing data and operations. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event support. Information Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
