What you will be working on: Ensure that Critical Information Infrastructure (CIIs) comply with PUB's Cybersecurity requirements. Vet through specifications and design in development projects with compliance to PUB's Cybersecurity requirements. Sharing of Cybersecurity requirements with project teams and project consultants to improve design of new plants' SCADA systems. Assist CIIs in performing site supervision and coordination for Cybersecurity project implementation. Support system testing and commissioning, training and maintenance for OT security system. Follow up and track mitigation plans based on the findings from the risk and vulnerability assessments. Perform first level incident response and carry out preliminary investigation to ascertain potential cyber breach in CII network. Support Incident Response Team in identifying, containing and eradicating cyber breaches in CIIs. What we are looking for: Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or relevant engineering discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions and tools, or managing and developing SCADA and PLC systems. Prior experience in any SCADA and PLC Systems (i.e. Siemens PCS7/Schneider Unity Pro/Mistubishi/Inductive Automation Ignition/iFix) is preferred. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Effective leadership skills to work with teams. Good problem-solving capability. Willing to learn and work under various conditions. He/she is guided by the Cybersecurity Code of Practice, PUB Water Sector Policy and Cybersecurity Act.
