As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping thousands of parents across Asia find the right preschool for their children — driving enrolment, retention, and growth through smart, data-driven marketing. Your work won't just move metrics. It will influence how families make one of the most meaningful decisions in their lives: where to begin their child's learning journey. What You'll Do Design and optimise performance structures —funnels, tracking, and attribution models across all brands. Drive enrolment and growth —through paid media, SEO/SEM, social platforms, and digital-first campaigns. Activate CRM & data-driven marketing —manage and optimise CRM systems to capture, nurture, and reactivate leads, enabling stronger engagement and conversion. Turn insights into action —analyse parent behaviours, identify drop-offs, and build campaigns that improve conversions and loyalty. Champion retention —understand what motivates parents to stay and design messaging to reduce churn. Optimise for impact —manage media budgets, refine targeting, and deliver strong ROI. Lead and grow —inspire and develop your team while working hand-in-hand with Brand and Product Marketing to deliver campaigns that reflect our shared vision and drive meaningful results. What We're Looking For 8–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, with a proven track record in performance marketing, media planning, and ROI optimisation. Strong numerical literacy and analytical ability to interpret sales and marketing data to drive business decisions. Experience in agency management, including briefing, evaluation, and performance tracking. A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Creative problem-solver with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Exposure to the early childhood education sector is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM platforms, funnel optimisation, and product marketing.
