We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer & Strategy to drive both the hands-on development of AI solutions and the strategic roadmap for AI adoption across the enterprise. This is a hybrid role requiring deep technical expertise in AI/ML (especially in Generative and Agentic AI) along with strong business acumen to shape the organization's AI direction. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between engineering execution and long-term strategy, working across departments to deliver impactful, production-grade AI systems aligned with business goals. Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Lead the development of production-ready ML pipelines and AI infrastructure (MLOps). Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into business workflows. Implement and maintain best practices in AI development, including model governance, risk, and compliance. Define and own the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business priorities. Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations and develop proof-of-concepts that evolve into scalable solutions. Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and partnerships for accelerating AI capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI trends, innovations, and ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments. Strong understanding of Generative AI , LLMs , AI agents , RAG , and prompt engineering . Proficient in Python , SQL , and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building ML pipelines with CI/CD. Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory frameworks. Experience in building and executing AI/tech roadmaps is a strong plus. Key Competencies Strategic mindset with strong business and product orientation.
