Job Title: Administration and Procurement Professional

As an administration professional at a reputable firm, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Carry out general administrative duties such as document handling, sorting, updating, and filing.
  • Request quotations and follow up on purchase orders and site orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Verify invoices against delivery orders and purchase orders to ensure accurate billing prices.
  • Maintain and update purchasing documents and records in a meticulous and organized manner.

Responsibilities include performing general administrative duties like document management and maintenance of procurement documents.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Candidate must hold a Primary/Secondary School or equivalent qualification in any field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be meticulous, willing to learn, and familiar with Plumbing & Fitting.
  • Autocount system knowledge is also desirable.
