Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement
    AI governance frameworks
    tailored to industries, jurisdictions, and scale.
  • Conduct
    AI risk and compliance audits
    , identifying gaps and creating remediation roadmaps.
  • Advise on
    regulatory frameworks
    including EU AI Act, Singapore's AI Verify, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD, and emerging APAC approaches.
  • Translate principles of
    fairness, transparency, accountability, and human oversight
    into operational practices across the AI lifecycle.
  • Partner with CTOs, CISOs, and boards to embed governance checkpoints into
    MLOps / DevOps pipelines
    .
  • Produce thought leadership:
    white papers, workshops, training sessions, and board briefings
    .

About You

  • 7+ years in AI policy, ethics, compliance, or risk management.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their societal, ethical, and regulatory impact.
  • Experience applying global standards (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD).
  • Skilled communicator who can explain complex compliance and risk concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Comfortable bridging
    legal, technical, and business teams
    to deliver actionable governance.
