Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module implementation, support, and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions across industries. You will play a key role in client engagements, solution design, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP PM module implementations and enhancements. Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. Configure SAP PM functionalities including equipment master, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, task lists, and measuring points. Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and QM. Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP developers. Conduct user training, UAT, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated with SAP innovations and recommend improvements to clients. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of hands‐on experience in SAP PM module. At least 2 full‐cycle SAP PM implementations. Strong understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or asset‐intensive industries. Experience in S/4HANA environment is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead client workshops. Preferred Skills SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance. Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to PM. Knowledge of predictive maintenance and IoT integration. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
