About the Binance Accelerator Program:
The
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)
is a structured, short-term opportunity for
early career professionals and students . It offers real work experience in the
Web3 and blockchain industry , coupled with skill-building, networking, and mentorship. It's designed to launch careers in one of the world's most disruptive industries.
Current university students
Recent graduates
(typically within 12 months post-graduation)
Research, develop, and write
employee stories
that showcase Binance's culture, values, and team.
Produce engaging content for
LinkedIn ,
Glassdoor ,
Binance Blog , and
internal communication
channels.
Support and help implement
employer branding campaigns
to highlight the employee experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally to source real and
authentic voices
from across Binance.
Curate and schedule content across
multiple media platforms
to increase visibility and engagement.
Proven strength in
writing and storytelling ; preferably with experience in blogs, corporate comms, or journalism.
Passion for
employer branding , culture, and people-first initiatives.
Proactive, curious, and resourceful—eager to reach out to others to source content and stories.
Ability to write in a
clear, concise, and creative
style.
Comfortable in a
fast-paced, hybrid/remote work environment .
