This role will report into the Head of Information Security Architecture and Risk Assessment. The Security Architect is expected to drive security guardrails, design patterns, reference architecture, and solutioning partnerships with division architects, solution designers, and app teams.
Singtel has diverse technology ecosystems, and the lead security architect needs to be able to cope with varying complexities in terms of business requirements, system, network, and application architecture. Additionally, while there are differing business and technical considerations, the architect needs to be able to align stakeholders from Singtel IT and Enterprise to adopt common Zero Trust technology components.
While there are differing business and technical considerations, the specialist needs to be able to influence stakeholders to adopt IAM best practices and align with the Zero Trust framework. The specialist should keep abreast of information security trends and advise Singtel SG BU to uplift security culture.
Make An Impact By
Driving execution of Cyber Zero Trust initiatives in Identity, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Network domains.
Driving solution reviews and sign-offs for technology and cyber PDM and Demand projects.
Building security guardrails, design patterns, and security reference architectures.
Executing Zero Trust security architecture strategy across Singtel IT and Enterprise.
Managing the development of complex technical security solutions and aligning with multiple stakeholders within given budgets.
Leading difficult Zero Trust discussions with Singtel IT, Group Enterprise Architects, and Enterprise business.
Leading information security reference architectures related to Zero Trust for both Singtel IT and Enterprise IT.
Skills for Success:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Identity and Access Management Architecture expertise.
Zero Trust Security Architecture knowledge.
Quantum Computing understanding.
Experience with Security by Design principles.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies.
Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, CIS, PCI, etc.
One or more industry security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS, Microsoft Azure.
