Specialist DevOps Engineer, Actimize

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure and automation processes required for seamless software delivery and system reliability at scale. Your role will involve leading DevOps initiatives, optimizing cloud environments, and collaborating across development, QA, and operations teams to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.With 8-12 years of experience, you will lead DevOps strategy by designing and executing practices that focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement of development pipelines and infrastructure. You will build and manage highly efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software release process and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Additionally, you will optimize and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability and security, build and maintain monitoring solutions for system reliability and performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on best practices for automation, security, and deployment.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and experience in developing user-interface capabilities and software functionality. You should be adept at developing software features according to design documents and enterprise software standards, as well as designing and developing for deployment on multiple platforms, databases, and application servers. Working in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile methodologies and tools, and guiding and assisting team members with UI development activities are also key responsibilities.Having experience with/knowledge of agile development processes will be an advantage in this role.At NiCE, you will have the opportunity to join a market-disrupting, global company where collaboration, innovation, and growth are encouraged.
