Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages 4 shopping malls in its portfolio: Paragon, The Clementi Mall, The Woodleigh Mall and The Rail Mall. The Group Marketing Communications comprises mall loyalty programme teams and the Social Media, International Marketing and Partnerships team, of whom work closely with their individual shopping mall marketing counterparts and other stakeholders, to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives. This role is specific to International Marketing and Partnerships portfolio, and will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive and execute predefined strategies, think and respond on the fly in accordance with market shifts, and ultimately drive loyalty programme member acquisitions, shopper footfall and spend. Responsibilities To guide and support all malls' marketing teams for acquisition campaigns and performance reporting. To translate annual partner/international marketing strategies and plans into content schemes, themed initiatives and actionable campaigns to encourage footfall and spend. To develop a pipeline of partnership opportunities and corresponding frameworks and collaboration formats across a variety of prospective industries, including but not limited to: banks/financial institutions, hospitality, lifestyle,
