Visual Merchandising & Packaging Designer for Luxury Jewellery

We are seeking a creative and skilled Visual Merchandising & Packaging Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury jewellery visual merchandising, packaging design, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create sophisticated displays highlighting craftsmanship and product stories.
  • Ensure consistent luxurious aesthetic across showcases.
  • Develop guidelines tailored to jewellery presentation.
Packaging & Gifting:
  • Design premium protective packaging using high-quality materials.
  • Oversee the unboxing experience and ensure inclusion of jewellery care elements.
  • Collaborate on bespoke packaging for events and gifting programs.
Design & Brand Aesthetic:
  • Create branded print materials like catalogues and booklets.
  • Ensure visual consistency across print, packaging, and merchandising.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design execution.
Event Merchandising:
  • Plan and execute high-end displays for pop-ups and private events.
  • Design portable, brand-consistent setups for off-site/international events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in on-site setup and presentation.
Print Production:
  • Manage production of brochures, stationery, and event materials.
  • Ensure luxury finishes align with brand identity.
Vendor Management & Sourcing:
  • Source and manage high-quality vendors for packaging and displays.
  • Visit production facilities for quality control and material evaluation.
  • Collaborate on bespoke display elements and materials.
Travel & On-Site Execution:
  • Travel domestically/internationally for supplier meetings, event support, and installations.
  • Attend trade events to stay current with material and display innovations.
  • Ensure flawless execution of displays in both retail and event settings.
