Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, chartering systems).
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of shipping operations, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
