Overview Partner Technical Enablement Director – APJ (Singapore Based)Location: Singapore (Regional Role – Asia Pacific & Japan). Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, multi-lingual Partner Technical Enablement Director to lead the technical enablement strategy for our Channel Partners across Asia Pacific and Japan. This role focuses on training, certification, and solution readiness for our Intelligent Operations portfolio, ensuring partners are equipped to position, implement, and support HCLSoftware solutions in their markets. Key Responsibilities Partner Technical Enablement: Design and deliver structured technical enablement programs for distributors, resellers, and service providers in APJ. Certification & Skills Development: Drive partner certification adoption to meet regional competency targets and create assessment frameworks to measure partner technical proficiency. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, localized training content for diverse partner audiences. Collaborate with global enablement teams to align APJ certification pathways with global standards. Deliver training in multiple languages including Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa, and Thai (directly or via interpreters) and adapt global training materials for local market relevance and language accuracy. Act as a technical ambassador for HCL Intelligent Operations solutions, demonstrating their integration and value in customer environments. Support joint partner–customer workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with Partner Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure technical enablement aligns with go-to-market priorities. Partner with regional distributors to integrate enablement into partner onboarding and quarterly business plans. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years in technical training, partner enablement, or solution architecture roles in enterprise software. Strong background in automation, orchestration, workload scheduling, IT operations management, or observability solutions. Multi-lingual skills – fluency in English plus at least two of: Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Bahasa, Thai. Proven track record of building partner technical capabilities at scale in multi-country environments. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills across technical and executive audiences. Preferred Prior experience with HCLSoftware, IBM, Broadcom, BMC, ServiceNow, Tanium, or similar enterprise platforms. Understanding of channel ecosystems in APJ, including distributors, VARs, MSPs, and GSIs. Vendor or partner certifications in automation, DevOps, or cloud orchestration tools.
