Ensure maintenance, repair, or A&A works meet quality and cost efficiency standards. Commissioning of new facility equipment. Prepare and submit monthly reports for ACMV systems. Perform reliability studies, propose, and implement improvements for quality, energy saving, and cost reduction. Evaluate user proposals for improvements or equipment condemnation. Prepare specifications, invite tenders, evaluate, and implement improvement works, including updating drawings and manuals. Allocate resources and oversee technical staff and contractors. Handle procurement documentation and compliance for system audits and ISO requirements. Assist project teams with ACMV system implementations. Conduct monthly meetings with main contractors. Monitor calibration validity of test and measuring equipment. Manage operation, maintenance, improvements, and replacements of ACMV systems, including managing contractors. Qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering or Diploma (Engineering); licenses like Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), Fire Safety Manager (SCDF), Safety Officer (MOM) are advantageous. Good communication skills; computer literacy. Preferably, Bachelor + 5 years or Diploma + 10 years in a similar capacity, with relevant licenses.
