What you'll be doing
Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and lessons that align with the preschool curriculum
Providing individualised attention and support to each child, ensuring their unique needs are met
Collaborating with the teaching team to create a positive, inclusive, and enriching learning atmosphere
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of children's progress and development
Effectively communicating with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships and provide updates on the children's growth
Adhering to all safety protocols and licensing requirements to ensure the well-being of the children in your care
What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a preschool educator or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of child development, pedagogical best practices, and effective teaching strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering the holistic development of young children
Creativity and adaptability in designing and implementing engaging educational activities
Fluency in English, with proficiency in another language (e.g. Mandarin) being an advantage
