Aurae Photography Studio is a boutique portrait studio specialising in high-end, studio portrait photography. We work with professionals, executives, and individuals who value refined aesthetics, personal presence, and a well-guided experience. At Aurae, we believe a great portrait is not just about how it looks — but how it makes a person feel seen and confident. Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the photo selection process after their photoshoot (Sales) Provide professional recommendations on portraits, packages, and products Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-studio communication (Sales) Follow up on bookings, scheduling, and post-shoot arrangements Coordinate with photographers and makeup artists to ensure a smooth client experience Maintain accurate client records and basic administrative tasks Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and service mindset Basic visual sense and appreciation for photography and aesthetics Prior experience in customer service, sales, or photography-related roles is preferred but not mandatory Comfortable working with clients in a studio environment 6 days work per week.
