Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage multiple searches across trading, technology and corporate functions, covering talent sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
Stakeholder, Candidate and Vendor Management:
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, deliver a positive candidate experience and manage external recruitment vendors to ensure high service standards.
Recruitment Operations and Employer Branding:
Maintain accurate recruitment records, analyse hiring data, develop talent pipelines and support initiatives to strengthen the firm’s employer brand.
Broader HR Support:
Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management and exit procedures, while contributing to HR process improvements and employee-experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in an in-house HR role within an international environment. Prior exposure to fintech, financial services, quantitative trading firms or hedge funds is preferred.
Proven experience recruiting revenue-generating and technical roles for international financial services and/or technology firms.
Strong communication, stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills.
Familiar with ATS or candidate management systems, HRIS and Google Workspace preferred.
Commercially minded, detail-oriented and able to leverage AI tools to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
