Medical Technologist (Microbiology/Hematology/Chemistry/Pathology) (ID: )Perform routine laboratory tests across various sections, ensuring accurate and timely results to support clinical diagnosis. Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory, reporting any issues or shortages to the section manager. Review daily quality control results and participate in regulatory and proficiency testing programs. Support training of new staff and contribute to continuous professional development activities. Assist with shift duties, uphold cleanliness and organization in the lab, and collaborate effectively with other departments. Requirements Recognised Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent. Recognised Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology or Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent. Possess good analytical skills and work well under pressure.
