We’re building internal and client-facing automation frameworks that integrate marketing, product, and data operations into seamless, intelligent workflows — and we’re looking for a hands-on engineer to help make that possible. Responsibilities Automation & Workflow Engineering: Build and manage n8n workflows for internal and client projects — connecting CRMs, analytics, forms, content systems, and marketing tools. Design AI-assisted workflows using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Trae to automate content creation, data handling, and reporting. Build modular and scalable automation structures with proper documentation, error handling, and version control. Integrate APIs, webhooks, and databases into workflows that power marketing, operations, and analytics. Continuously improve automation performance, uptime, and efficiency. Manage backend systems for apps and automation (e.g. Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, or custom REST APIs). Handle authentication, user management, and data security across web and app platforms. Create or customize simple dashboards and admin panels (React, Next.js, or similar) for internal or client use. Connect backend systems to automation workflows for seamless data exchange. Mobile & Web Applications: Support mobile app build, testing, and deployment to App Store and Google Play. Manage versioning, SDK updates, push notifications, and app integrations with backend and automation workflows. Implement app analytics, event tracking, and automation triggers for user behavior data. Collaborate on integrating loyalty or engagement features that tie into marketing workflows. Marketing & Content Automation: Build workflows that automate content creation, scheduling, repurposing, and analytics reporting. Connect marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, etc.) into a unified automation layer. Support campaign performance dashboards with live data feeds and alerts. Develop AI-based automation for content ideation, caption generation, and email sequences. Document all workflows, APIs, and systems clearly for internal reference. Maintain version control using GitHub and ensure smooth handover between technical and marketing teams. Assist in light administrative and tech operations tasks related to automation testing and client onboarding. Work collaboratively with GrowthWeavers’ team across tech, creative, and strategy to enhance automation across all verticals. Qualifications Hands-on experience with n8n (mandatory). Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Trae. Solid understanding of frontend and backend frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase). Basic experience in mobile app build and deployment (App Store / Play Store). Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, REST, and data schema mapping. Good understanding of marketing operations and content workflows. Bonus: experience with automation stacks (Zapier, Make), marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta), or analytics dashboards.
