SAP HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) Solution Architect The SAP HCM (Human Capital Mgmt)Solution Architect is responsible for bridging business needs with SAP technology solutions in the HCM domain (SAP SuccessFactor & SAP HCM solution). Candidate needs to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation for business improvement (BPR) anchored on technology solution, lead HCM software evaluation exercise, design & architect the right technology solutions. Candidate will be involved in pre-sales as well as in project delivery. What will you do?Project Delivery Prepare, review and deliver the SAP HCM solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary Propose the SAP solution and selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet our customer's requirements Lead conduct of business workshops and assessment Articulate alternatives in terms of cost, benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist Highlight the positive impact of NCS solutions to help them achieve customer’s business goals Provide pre-sales delivery of consultancy services to our customers on a global basis Effectively engaged stakeholders in sales, project decisions and execution Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer’s expectation Identify, build and manage partnerships with product vendors to strength NCS’s product capabilities and get up-to-speed with the up-and-coming technologies Business Development Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the
