If you enjoy partnering with leaders, shaping culture, and navigating a multi-market environment, this role has your name on it. About the Role Partner with leaders across two markets to translate business priorities into practical people strategies. Lead and advise on performance, talent, capability building and succession planning. Drive employee relations with a commercially sound, people-centred approach. Champion engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives. Oversee key HR operations — onboarding, data accuracy, payroll inputs, reporting and compliance. About You 8+ years of HR generalist/partnering experience , including direct exposure to supporting teams or operations in Hong Kong . Language capability essential: strong proficiency in English plus the ability to comfortably support leaders and employees in Hong Kong (Cantonese or Mandarin preferred, or proven business partnering experience with HK stakeholders). Strong grounding in HR fundamentals, employment legislation, and employee relations. Confident stakeholder manager able to coach, influence and build trust at all levels. Comfortable with data insights and turning people metrics into recommendations. Pragmatic, proactive and energised by working across two dynamic markets. Why Join Us?
