If you're passionate about innovation, technology, and growth, we invite you to be part of DayOne's next chapter.## Position OverviewResponsible for **technical bidding, deepening design confirmation, and product performance test verification** of main data center equipment (e.g., high/low voltage cabinets, transformers, UPS, lithium batteries, chillers, water pumps, precision air conditioners). Drives and optimizes the **standardized development** of product technical specifications, test plans, and test scripts. The core mission is to:* Standardize technical specifications, test plans, and test processes for **electrical or HVAC equipment**;* Complete **factory acceptance testing (FAT)** for prefabricated products (e.g., power distribution pods, generator pods, cold station pods, IT pods, air wall pods) to ensure they meet customer requirements and are delivered smoothly.## ## Key Responsibilities* Lead technical bidding, deepening design validation, and performance test verification for main data center equipment (high/low voltage cabinets, transformers, UPS, lithium batteries, chillers, water pumps, precision air conditioners, etc.).* Conduct factory acceptance testing for both main data center equipment and prefabricated products (power distribution pods, generator pods, cold station pods, IT pods, air wall pods, etc.).* Develop and standardize test plans/test scripts for prefabricated products and their integrated equipment; solidify factory acceptance test processes.* Support professional-related tasks and other assignments from leadership.## ## Qualifications* Prior international project experience preferred; fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for daily work.* Full-time Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** or **HVAC-related fields**.* 5+ years of experience in **data center product R&D**.* Familiar with mainstream industry equipment brands (high/low voltage cabinets, transformers, UPS, lithium batteries, precision air conditioners, chillers, water pumps, etc.).* Proficient in test specifications, test processes, relevant national/international standards, and laws/regulations.* Skilled in CAD tools for drafting and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.* Strong communication & coordination skills, logical thinking, and ability to collaborate/resource-coordinate.* Able to adapt to frequent business travel.* Proactive, highly responsible, emotionally stable, with teamwork spirit and strong stress tolerance.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
