Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform daily routine checks on aircraft systems, identify defects, and carry out repairs in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures.
  • Aircraft Release: Conduct inspections and certify aircraft releases for service, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manpower Planning: Assist in forecasting manpower needs, including spares and equipment requirements, to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, reporting unsafe working conditions, and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
  • Investigation and Corrective Action: Participate in incident/accident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Talent Development: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, contributing to their growth and development within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of maintenance regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
