Strategically plan the project's budget, quality standards, and manpower allocation to meet both financial and contractual requirements. Lead and guide the project team in engaging with clients and consultants to deliver work that meets the required standards of quality and craftsmanship. Coordinate with relevant HQ departments on matters such as budget approvals, implementation of safety management systems, and ISO documentation compliance. Define roles and responsibilities for project staff, clearly communicating project goals and company policies. Collaborate with the Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to establish a framework ensuring site compliance with all statutory regulations, including safety, ECM control, noise management, and vector control. Continuously monitor team performance, offering mentorship and identifying appropriate training and development opportunities. Possess a minimum of 15 years of local (Singapore) experience in managing Residential Condo, Factory, Office, or Warehouse projects, with at least one project served in the capacity of Project Manager. Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., construction engineering, construction technology & materials).
