Early Childhood Educator Role ">

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CIT) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) and be registered with the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and attain EY1/EY2 certification.

The Early Childhood Educator plays a vital role in shaping the early years of our young ones. Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying child development knowledge to promote and support the learning and holistic development of infants and toddlers. ">
  • Leading in planning and implementing a child-centered intentional program based on observation, documentation, and evaluation to facilitate children's learning needs and interests in accordance with the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF). ">
  • Establishing and ensuring strong partnerships with families by communicating and sharing information and knowledge in child development to facilitate continuity of learning between the center and homes. ">
  • Complying with government regulations and quality assurance frameworks. ">
