Razer is also **a great place to work,** providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.## **Job Responsibilities :*** Work with Customer Support and development team to address customers issues.* Explore and implement AI-driven testing frameworks and tools to monitor and identify top customer issues* Support Windows, Mac software testing and automation efforts, ensuring high-quality product delivery.* Create comprehensive, detailed and updated test cases—both manual and automated—based on detailed project specifications.* Work closely with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders, from engineers to project managers, to improve product quality and functionality.## Pre-Requisites :* Diploma in Computer Science or related field* 1-2 years of experience in software testing (preferred)* Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Selenium, C, C++, or C#* Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Mandarin-speaking associates and handle related documentation* Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed* Strong skills in identifying and solving problems efficiently* Able to collaborate with engineers and third-party teams across different time zones* Experience in Windows or Mac application automation is an advantage* Experience with PowerBI is an advantage* Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and software quality assurance methodologyAt Razer, you'll be at the forefront of the most exciting industry in the world — gaming.
