What You’ll Do Innovate & Lead: Develop and optimize groundbreaking SDG models using state‑of‑the‑art techniques like DDPM, ARF, and Gaussian Copula. Build & Collaborate: Work closely with software engineers to create powerful features such as imputation, constraint handling, and privacy metrics that make the platform smarter and more reliable. Troubleshoot & Improve: Diagnose technical challenges, improve model performance, and ensure seamless integration—delivering real impact to government users. Share & Educate: Create clear, accessible documentation and insights to help users understand complex models and privacy concepts. Influence & Shape: Partner with diverse teams to drive innovative solutions that serve the entire government ecosystem. Who You Are Data scientist with a flair for applied machine learning and a solid foundation in software engineering. Experienced in modeling, experimentation, and model evaluation, especially with privacy‑focused algorithms. Passionate about solving complex problems, debugging, and delivering practical solutions. Excellent communicator, capable of translating technical insights for diverse audiences. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields. 2+ years of relevant experience in data science or ML roles. Proficient in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn. Experienced with backend development and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Familiar with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative coding. Nice‑to‑have: experience with privacy‑enhancing tech, synthetic data, differential privacy, or frontend frameworks (Next.js/React).
