Course Scheduler Role

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Course Scheduler is to effectively plan, organize, and execute various course runs in a training management system. This entails coordinating with trainers, classrooms, and registered learners to ensure seamless execution.

  • Prepare and create short course runs in a training management system.
  • Book classroom and trainer and update information in the training management system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Format timetables from schools and upload to the training management system.

2. Verify and check the timetable for accuracy.

3. Prepare and create assessment runs in the training management system.

  • Book assessment venue and invigilator.

4. Publish course runs on the website.

5. Prepare logistics for confirmed runs.

6. Inform the trainer, school and PA of confirmed runs.

7. Confirm trainer appointment.

8. Send refreshment order to the vendor.

9. Book air-conditioner (if required).

10. Cancel class or assessment and update the status in the training management system.

11. Cancel classroom, trainer/invigilator and registered learners of cancellation.

12. Prepare and compile monthly reports on course and programme runs.

Location:

  • Paya Lebar

Working Hours:

  • Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6pm

Required Skills:

  • ITE Certificate holder or higher.
  • Good English proficiency.
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise closely with Trainers.
  • Basic ICT skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time management and organization skills.
