to join our
Manufacturing Technology & NPI Team

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a Manufacturing Cross-Functional Team (XFT) to develop new processes, equipment, and technologies that meet quality, volume, and cost targets.
Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA) at all stages of development, ensuring robust designs and seamless transitions to high-volume manufacturing.
Engage with internal and external suppliers to assess risks, develop contingencies, and deliver robust project outcomes.
Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders, including Product Development, Operations Management, and QAISR reviews.
Implement and ensure future processes align with GMP, Six Sigma, and LEAN principles for efficient, high-quality production.
Provide technical expertise during audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Precision Tooling, Performance Moulding NPI, and Supplier Development Engineers to drive operational excellence.
Solve complex problems independently while mentoring and guiding team members to success.
Let’s Talk About Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or Product Development environments.
Strong background in high-volume production and manufacturing processes.
Formal training in Project Management, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
Track record of delivering high-impact projects with a focus on risk management and process validation.
