Role: Property Officer (Up to $3800) Singapore Based (Ang Mo Kio Town Council) 5 Days work per week (8.30 am -6.00 pm (Mon-Fri) Required to attend RN meetings & MP walks during weekday night or weekends. Usually, it is pre-planned. Junior: $2,800- $3,200 + HP allowance + VB + AWS ; Senior: $3500 to $3800 + HP allowance + VB + AWS Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields. + Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
