Responsibilities Responsible for the sales target of the assigned SIS counter. Maintain tidiness of the counter. Display & refresh all visual merchandising displays according to guidelines. Maintain good customer service and handle customer feedbacks/complaints efficiently. Maintain healthy stock inventory at the counter. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management. Coordinate, liaise and assist customers on after-sales service (repair). Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Be lively, energetic, and dynamic. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
